The Interim Order has been extended until 03-01-2022

The National Green Tribunal had stayed the felling of trees in their Interim Order of 10-12-2021. The Interim Order has been extended until 03-01-2022 when the next hearing will take place. All other work, other than the felling of trees, can continue.

The matter is sub judice.
